‘Gyukotsu’ Ramen
Our ‘Gyukotsu’ ramen is back… but new & improved!
‘Gyukotsu’ ramen is a speciality beef broth ramen from the Tottori region of Japan. This is our version of this largely unknown ramen style and we’ve updated the recipe for launch this January.
Our Gyukotsu broth is made using our Shoyu (Soy based) tare + Shiitake Mushroom Stock + Roasted Bone Marrow and is then topped with thin slices of raw British-bred Wagyu Beef.
Our Gyukotsu Broth with ‘Tokyo’ style noodles and topped with thin slices of raw British-bred Wagyu beef, spring onion, beansprouts, menma, soy-stained soft-boiled egg, yaki nori, beni shoga and finished with a pinch of itokiri togarashi.

Limited availability. We only make a small batch of our special beef broth daily so once it’s gone, it’s gone!
We do not take reservations - walk-ins only please. If we are unable to seat you immediately, you can relax and enjoy a drink in our Izakaya basement bar whilst you wait to be seated
